Pratt & D’Angelo provides written warranties on all the work we perform. The minimum guarantee is 2 years with many ranging up to 5 years on labor and materials. More importantly, as a result of our high standards and acknowledged reputation within the industry, upon a requested site inspection, all the leading paint suppliers including Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams and Cabot Stains will write project-specific, material warranties as an addendum to our proposals.
Pratt & D’Angelo maintains over $2 million in liability, complete workers’ compensation and full automobile insurance.
All of these policies are capable of listing buildings, property mangers, homeowners’ associations and individual homeowners as certificate holders and additionally insured.
Despite the economic insanity of when we painted our house, we are so thrilled. The house looks so so pretty. Eric is an impossible guy to please and he loves it.
