To ensure this, we follow strict job protocol and all our office staff, estimators and field supervisors are fully equipped with smart cellular phones, PDAs and tablet PCs. Every job begins with an onsite review of a detailed work order by the original estimator, job supervisor, and facility coordinator during a walk through. This guarantees that we are aware of:

Noise restrictions
Last minute issues
If our scope of work may in any way inconvenience property owners or tenants, highly visible and proper notification is given one week in advance of the start date. Just as important, any unforeseen delays are communicated promptly. As often as requested by our client, property owners or tenants are updated as to our progress via a preferred method (phone, e-mail, or text). Prior to leaving the job site, a final inspection is conducted to ensure your and your tenants’/residents’ complete satisfaction.
