Port Chester, NY

Located in the Village of Port Chester, New York, The Magellan consists of 95 loft-style rental apartments, in a luxury mixed-use building. In addition to the unique apartment units, the development consists of hip office suites and a host of outdoor and indoor amenities at the highly visibly gateway to the Village. With a nod to Port Chester’s ship building history, the Magellan is an amenity rich, extremely walkable development that embodies the live, work, play lifestyle of today’s renters. The Magellan is an early transformative project in the downtown corridor and a unique addition to our other Westchester developments.


Croton on Hudson, NY

Located on the Hudson River in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, The Riverside is a 39 Unit Luxury Apartment Building with magnificent water and park views. As Owner, Developer and Construction Manager, RMA Development secured Special Use Permits and Planning Board Approvals for the construction of the 45,000 SF building. The building boasts an expansive rooftop amenity overlooking the Hudson River, Photovoltic Solar Panels, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations any High Efficiency Air Sources Heat Pumps for each apartment. Setting the standard in “Green” technologies in a highly desirable location, sets this asset apart from others in the Northern Westchester market.


New Rochelle, NY

Located in Downtown New Rochelle, New York, The Lombardi is a 50 Unit, Mixed-Use Luxury Apartment Building. As Owner, Developer and Construction Manager, RMA Development secured City Council approval for a downtown density bonus overlay zone, zoning use variance, Industrial Development Agency (IDA) tax benefits and Planning Board approval, all within a blazing 3 month duration. Following the entitlement process, the existing buildings were demolished and construction immediately started on the new five story building. RMA Development constructed the 65,000 SF building in 15 months and created and managed all marketing activities stabilizing the building within 4 months of completion.


New Rochelle, NY

Located near Iona College on North Avenue in New Rochelle, The Rockwell is a 115 Unit, Mixed-Use Luxury Apartment Building. The 150,000 SF building sits on nearly 2-1/2 acres and includes 130,000 SF of residential and amenity space, 20,000 SF of ground floor retail integrated with a multi-level parking structure. As Construction Project Manager, RMA Development manages the project construction in tandem with YC Construction, LLC on behalf of the project investors. As Project Manager, RMA Development assists in value engineering analysis, design and operation analysis. Additionally, RMA created and maintains the project schedule, develops and implements sub-contractor contract documents, coordinates and submits payment requisitions to the project lenders and maintains budget and operational controls over the entire project. This 50 million dollar development is projected to be complete in the third quarter of 2020.


Harrison, NY

Located throughout the Town/Village of Harrison, New York the portfolio consists of eight (8) separate multi-family rental buildings that have been developed from the ground up or rehabilitated into luxury rental home residences. As some of the first real estate projects developed by the founders of RMA Development, these assets are strategically located in the downtown area and cater to corporate renters relocating from abroad in addition to renters by choice who value suburban living without the burden of purchasing a home.
